The Penguin Lessons

The Penguin Lessons is the true story of a disillusioned Englishman who began working at a school in Argentina in 1976. Expecting an easy assignment, he instead found a complicated, divided nation and a group of young students who were nearly impossible to teach. When he finds a little penguin stranded on an oil-stained beach, his life takes a turn, and the penguin becomes not only a valuable friend but also a teacher of life's most important lessons for Tom, the children and many others. .
