To the Bone

Ellen is twenty years old, has dropped out of college and is struggling with anorexia. After a stint in an inpatient program yielded no progress, she returns to the home of her stepmother and father. Her father is barely involved in the situation, so Susan, the stepmother, seeks help and recommends specialist William Beckham. The doctor insists that Ellen join his outpatient program, and the young woman will have to decide what to do with that proposal. The film, written and directed by Marti Noxon, stars Lily Collins, and Keanu Reeves plays the doctor.
