Trivia about Marry My Husband

In its first week on air, it ranked among the top ten most-watched shows in 59 countries and in the top three in 37 of them.

To play a cancer patient, Park Min-young followed a grueling diet that brought her down to 37 kg, according to the production team.

Part of the shoot took place at the ASEM Tower, where the rooftop scene was filmed, and at Digital Media City YTN.

The live presentation with the lead actors was canceled after the death of actor Lee Sun-kyun became known.

Puah Ziwei of NME gave it four stars, noting that while it isn't groundbreaking, it also isn't what it aims to be.

Amazon Prime Video, CJ ENM Japan, Studio Dragon, and Shochiku announced a Japanese adaptation in April 2025, directed by Ahn Gil-ho, who previously directed The Glory.

The first theme song was released on January 2, 2024. Titled "Game," it is sung by Lyn, with lyrics by Lee Chi-hoon.
