Synopsis of Unauthorized Living
Nemesio "Nemo" Bandeira, played by José Coronado, is one of the most influential businessmen in Galicia. His fortune comes from illegal activities in his past, which he has managed to launder thanks to a major canning company owned by the family of his wife, Asunción "Chon" Moliner, played by Pilar Castro. The story takes place in the present day in Galicia. When he is diagnosed with Alzheimer's, Nemo decides to hide the illness, since showing any vulnerability would put him at risk, and at the same time he sets in motion the process of choosing his successor. The series thus pits a man who refuses to give up power against the people around him who aspire to take his place. Aitor Gabilondo created it for Telecinco.
