Seven years after the events of the second film, Detroit detective Axel Foley sets up a raid on a car theft ring operating out of an illegal garage. His superior, Inspector G. Douglas Todd, knows nothing about the operation, and Axel has cancelled SWAT team support. He has only his most trusted men, convinced they can carry out the operation without backup. As the group approaches the garage, Axel takes a risk that could cost him dearly within the force. Directed by John Landis, the movie puts the lead, played by Eddie Murphy, in a night where everything depends on his own judgment.

[To Wonderworld Park Security] You know you should have your tailor cut your jackets a little wider in the chest, that way your gun won't bulge in the back.
