Baker is a worn-out professional motorcycle racer trying to rebuild his life and his marriage. Poncherello is a cocky federal agent investigating a multimillion-dollar heist that may turn out to be an inside job. The inexperienced rookie and the hardened veteran are forced to team up, but instead of cooperating, they immediately start fighting. Building a successful partnership proves harder than expected, but with Baker's motorcycle skills and Ponch's street smarts, it could work… if they don't drive each other crazy first.
