Richard Jewell

Richard Jewell was a security guard at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, who found a backpack with explosives inside and prevented a larger number of victims by helping evacuate the area just before the blast. At first he was hailed as a hero whose actions saved lives, but Jewell was later considered the number one suspect and was investigated as the presumed culprit.
