The Hateful Eight

Six, eight, or twelve years after the Civil War, a stagecoach races across the frozen Wyoming landscape. Its passengers, bounty hunter John Ruth and his fugitive Daisy Domergue, are headed to Red Rock, where Ruth, known in these parts as 'The Hangman,' will deliver Domergue to justice. Along the way, they meet two strangers: Major Marquis Warren, a former Black Union soldier turned bounty hunter with a bad reputation, and Chris Mannix, a Southern outlaw who claims to be the town's new sheriff. Just as a blizzard is about to catch up with them, Ruth, Domergue, Warren, and Mannix take shelter at Minnie's Haberdashery, a stagecoach stop on a mountain pass. When they arrive at Minnie's place, they are greeted not by its owner but by four unfamiliar faces.
