Synopsis of Jackass
Jackass is an American slapstick reality comedy series that MTV has been airing since October 2000. Johnny Knoxville, Bam Margera, Chris Pontius, Dave England, Steve-O, Ehren McGhehey, Wee Man and Ryan Dunn make up the main cast of a show in which they take on stunts and pranks designed to cause pain or push danger to the limit. Some challenges aim to embarrass one another, while others aim to surprise people who cross their path. Everything is presented as a collection of short segments, a format inherited from the Big Brother videos and the skate magazine where Jeff Tremaine worked. The series was created by Tremaine, Spike Jonze and Johnny Knoxville.
