Synopsis of The Studio
Matt Remick, played by Seth Rogen, has just been named head of Continental Studios, a financially struggling film studio. The company is fighting to stay afloat in an industry that is changing fast, both socially and economically. Matt is an avowed movie buff who dreams of continuing to produce films, but he must balance the company's goals with his own creative ambitions. In a Hollywood where every decision is measured in profits and franchises carry more weight than ever, he will have to find a balance between the business and the kind of movies he wants to make.
