When Wall Street rigged the game, it changed it.

It reveals the outlandish true story of ordinary people who took on Wall Street and got rich by turning GameStop (a popular video game and electronics retailer) into the hottest company in the world. At the center of this mess is Keith Gill (Paul Dano), an ordinary guy who invested his life savings in stocks and began posting about it on social media. Thanks to his stock tips, his popularity exploded, and so did his life and that of all his followers, who suddenly started getting rich overnight. However, the billionaires quickly fought back, sparking one of the fiercest financial battles ever seen on Wall Street.
