What Season 6 of NYPD Blue

Detectives John Kelly and Andy Sipowicz continue working together at the 15th Precinct in Manhattan, though their partnership hangs by a thread. Sipowicz, the veteran, drinks on the job and off duty, and Kelly, who genuinely cares for him, grows more and more exasperated with him. Personally, Sipowicz reluctantly divorces Laura and starts a relationship with Janice Licalsi, a uniformed officer whose father, also a cop, is on the payroll of mob boss Angelo Marino. Danny Sorenson joins the squad, while Simone, another colleague, gets worse and needs more medical tests. The cases keep coming, but clashes between colleagues and each character's personal problems define the season.
