Killing Zoe

Zed (Eric Stoltz) is an American safecracker who arrives in Paris to help his childhood friend Eric (Jean-Hughes Anglade) rob a bank. Upon arriving in the French capital, a taxi driver offers Zed "a wife for the night." When he opens the door to his hotel room, Zed finds an adorable Parisian named Zoe (Julie Delpy). But the passion between them is abruptly interrupted when Eric bursts into the room, kicks Zoe out, still naked, and drags Zed away to meet the gang members. The next day, they all storm the bank, taking hostages, including Zoe, who works as a secretary at the bank during the day. But once inside, tension rises, the robbers lose control of the hostages, the death toll climbs, and the police surround the building.
