Pacific Rim: Uprising

A near future. After humanity's first invasion, the fight is not over yet. The planet is once again under siege by the Kaiju, a race of colossal aliens emerging from an interdimensional portal with the goal of destroying the human race. Faced with this new threat, for which humans are unprepared, the Jaegers, giant war robots piloted by two people to withstand the immense neural burden of operating them, are no longer a match for what is coming. That is when the survivors of the first invasion, along with new characters such as Pentecost's son (John Boyega), will have to devise a way to surprise the enormous enemy, betting on new defensive and offensive strategies. With Earth in ruins and trying to rebuild itself, this new battle may be decisive for the future.
