Trivia about Los Farad

The series was announced in January 2022 as a crime project based on real events, as part of the Spanish new releases presented by Prime Video.

Part of the filming took place at the Servigroup Galúa Hotel in La Manga del Mar Menor, which was used to simulate Angola on screen.

The Málaga city hall was used to film scenes set in a hotel on the French Riviera.

Filming wrapped in January 2023 after passing through roughly 100 locations in Spain, Prague, Angola and an Arab country, according to producer Fernando Bovaira.

The first season consists of eight episodes and premiered in more than 240 countries and territories around the world.

Publicly available information does not confirm a second season or an official renewal of the series.
