What Season 1 of What If...?

Season one of What If...? kicks off with the multiverse opened at the end of Loki's first season. A Watcher, a member of a race that observes the universe, travels through timelines where key moments of the Marvel Cinematic Universe unfold differently. He narrates each story and records how events change when a piece of the past is altered. Peggy Carter becomes a super-soldier after Steve Rogers is injured, and the Devastators kidnap T'Challa instead of Peter Quill. Nick Fury tries to found the Avengers while a serial killer targets his recruits. Some stories are darker and others lighter than the original films.
