Battleship

“Battleship” is the film adaptation of Hasbro's popular board game known as “Battleship” or “Battle Ships” in some markets. The twist in this version is that the battle is between the U.S. Navy and… an alien fleet! The story delivers an epic action adventure that unfolds across sea, sky and land, as our planet fights to survive against a far superior force. The film stars Taylor Kitsch as Lieutenant Hopper, a Navy officer stationed aboard the John Paul Jones; Brooklyn Decker plays Sam Shane, a Navy physical therapist and Hopper's girlfriend; Alexander Skarsgård is Stone, Hopper's older brother and commander of the Samson; Rihanna is Petty Officer Raikes, a weapons specialist aboard the John Paul Jones; and Liam Neeson plays Admiral Shane, Hopper and Stone's senior officer (and Sam's father).
