Captain America

Portovenere (Italy), 1936: after witnessing the massacre of his family, Tadzio De Santis, a child prodigy, is subjected to cruel experiments by Hitler's and Mussolini's scientists. Dr. Vaselli, who took part in those experiments, decides to desert and flee to America… California (USA), 1943: Steve Rogers, a young man with polio, volunteers for a military experiment that will make him the first of an army of super-soldiers. After Dr. Vaselli (who was running this American project) is murdered by a Nazi spy, Steve Rogers takes on the identity of Captain America and travels to Axis-occupied Europe. There, he must not only fight the Nazis and their new secret weapons, but also face the former Tadzio De Santis, now turned into a fascist super-soldier: his diabolical nemesis, the Nazi agent Red Skull.
