Edge of Tomorrow

In the not-too-distant future, Earth is invaded by an unbeatable alien race. Major William Cage, an officer who has never seen combat, is assigned an almost suicidal mission and is killed. He then finds himself trapped in a time loop, forced to fight and die again and again. But the countless battles he endures make him increasingly skilled and effective in his fight against the aliens. His combat partner is Rita Vrataski, a warrior from the Special Forces. Based on the manga by Hiroshi Sakurazaka.
