Eight Legged Freaks

A accident causes a barrel of toxic waste to fall into a lake near an Arizona mining town. The poison affects the exotic spiders that an entomologist keeps in his museum and makes them grow to gigantic proportions. Chris (David Arquette), the mine owner, joins Sheriff Sam (Kari Wuhrer) and her son Mike (Scott Terra), an arachnid expert, to stop the monstrous creatures threatening to devour the town's residents. With the help of other colorful characters, they must face the hungry spiders and keep them from spreading across the world.
