Three years after their first adventure, Nick, Dale, and Kurt have started their own company and no longer have a boss. Their star product is a shower head inspired by car wash tunnels, which they call "The Shower Buddy" or "Shower Bro." On a morning show, Kurt demonstrates it live, and the hosts get very excited about it. When Dale is asked where people can buy it, he replies that all they have to do is search for a website called NickKurtDale, named after their names. Soon after, Bert Hanson and his son Rex approach the trio with a proposal. Bert will invest in the company if they can manufacture 100,000 units. Jason Bateman, Charlie Day, and Jason Sudeikis return as the leads, directed by Sean Anders.

I respect you gentlemen for wanting to roll up your sleeves and build something, stake your claim. Now I came to this country with nothing. And through risk and hard work, I made my own American dream come true.
Truth be told, Pop and I...we've hit a rough patch lately. He's refusing to cover some of my expenses, blah blah blah. Long story. Anyway, your timing could not have been better.
(only in the extended version, about Bert) You're very forgiving. Because almost everyone I've talked to thinks he's an asshole.
You honestly think hard work creates wealth? The only thing that creates wealth is wealth. And we have it, you don't.
Who said anything about kidnapping?
