The Rainmaker

A young, recently graduated and idealistic lawyer faces his first major case with almost everything against him. His first job under a highly unscrupulous attorney leads him to expose an insurance business as dirty as it is wealthy, whose scheme could shake the foundations of a corrupt justice system. The legendary director Francis Ford Coppola denounces in this film, based on the book by the self-proclaimed king of the bestseller, John Grisham, the power that large corporations hold in the United States.
