Synopsis of The Beast in Me
Aggie Wiggs is a writer coping with grief while struggling to finish her next book. She lives in Oyster Bay, on Long Island, New York, where her quiet life changes when Nile Jarvis moves in next door. Nile is the son of a powerful real estate tycoon. He has relocated there with his second wife, Nina, to lead a more private life, even though he is suspected of killing his first wife. Aggie decides to make her new neighbor the subject of her next book, and the project pulls her into a psychological game with a man who could be dangerous. The series, created by Gabe Rotter for Netflix, stars Claire Danes and Matthew Rhys in the lead roles.
