Zack and Miri Make a Porno

Zack and Miri have been friends since early childhood and share an apartment in a residential neighborhood on the outskirts of Pittsburgh. She works at the local shopping mall and he works at a coffee shop, but neither of them earns enough. The bills have gone unpaid for months, and shortly before Thanksgiving, their water is shut off. At the same time, their high school reunion is approaching, a reminder of how far they are from the lives they imagined. Zack proposes a desperate solution: start a company that makes amateur porn movies with their friends to make quick money. Miri hesitates, but the plan starts to take shape. Directed by Kevin Smith, the movie stars Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks.
