Scream 2

Windsor University offers a wide range of courses for its students, just what Sidney Prescott needs. It's spring, two years after the murders in Woodsboro, California, and the school year is coming to an end. Sid has a roommate, a boyfriend, and has been chosen to lead the cast of the play being staged at the university this year. Randy, another survivor of the Woodsboro murders, is studying film at Windsor. He's happy too, just like Sid. But the past never stays behind. In fact, it returns, and someone is murdered while watching the movie “Stab” at the campus cinema on its national release day. Stab, based on the bestselling novel by journalist Gale Weathers, depicts the Woodsboro murders. The book didn't just sell like hotcakes; it also helped free Cotton Weary from prison, the man Sidney had accused of killing her mother.
