Sleepers

During the 60 years, the church of the Holy Angels and its school were the center of "Hell's Kitchen," a New York slum. There, neglected children could find refuge. John, Lorenzo, Michael and Tommy are four friends trying to survive in an immigrant neighborhood, whose only moral guide is Father Robert Carillo, a street-raised man who tries to keep them on the right path. However, after a group crime in which a man nearly dies, the four boys are sent to Wilkinson Home.
