La que se avecina is a dark comedy created by Alberto Caballero, Daniel Deorador and Laura Caballero, airing on Telecinco and Prime Video. The story takes place at the Mirador de Montepinar, a newly built apartment building on the outskirts of Madrid, about fifteen minutes from the city center. Its ten homes and four commercial units house a group of upscale neighbors, as diverse as they are conflict-prone, who share a staircase, a garage and common areas. The community lives with the promise of luxury services that the development, in reality, does not offer. Pablo Chiapella, Nacho Guerreros, Eva Isanta and Jordi Sánchez lead the cast of a living arrangement that gets more complicated every day. The series portrays the problems of sharing a flat in Spain, the real estate bubble and the struggles young people face finding a home.
