Synopsis of Marvel's Daredevil
Matt Murdock is a lawyer by day and a vigilante by night in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of New York City. He was blinded as a child, but the accident heightened his other senses, and he now uses them to fight crime disguised as Daredevil. His best friend and law partner, Foggy Nelson, supports him in his daytime life, while Murdock juggles the law firm with his nighttime outings. During the first season, he uncovers a conspiracy in the criminal underworld led by Wilson Fisk, a powerful businessman whose interests in the neighborhood's future clash with Murdock's. Charlie Cox plays the lead in this Netflix series created by Drew Goddard, which sets the action on the streets rather than in the large-scale disasters of the Marvel universe.
