Synopsis of Scream: The TV Series

In Lakewood, a fictional town in Colorado, a high school cyberbullying case becomes more than a simple conflict between classmates. When a brutal murder occurs, a group of teenagers becomes the target of a masked killer. Emma Duval, a café waitress and popular student, is somehow tied to the town's dark past, and the killer seems obsessed with her. As her family and friends are put in danger, the murders reopen old wounds and bring back memories of a similar killing two decades earlier. Emma decides to investigate the secrets of Lakewood to uncover who is hiding behind the mask.
