iZombie

Olivia "Liv" Moore is a medical resident in Seattle who is turned into a zombie during a party on a boat. She gives up her career and breaks off her engagement to Major, much to her family's bewilderment. Liv discovers that if she doesn't eat brains regularly, her appetite will turn her into a primitive, homicidal zombie. To get them, she works as an assistant to the medical examiner's office in King County. Each brain she eats leaves her with fragments of the victim's personality, skills and memories, and those visions provide clues about the killer. In this way, she helps Detective Clive Babineaux, newly transferred to homicide, solve crimes. The conflict is twofold: Liv tries to hold on to her humanity while also hiding her secret from those around her. Created by Rob Thomas and Diane Ruggiero-Wright, the series airs on The CW and stars Rose McIver.
