Synopsis of The Society
The residents of West Ham, a wealthy town in Connecticut, vanish overnight. Only the students of a high school remain, returning early from a canceled field trip to find the town empty. A dense forest surrounds the town, and there is no way out or any means of contacting the outside world, by phone or internet. At first the kids celebrate, but soon panic, suffering and fights break out among them. They have to organize on their own and decide how to face a situation no one anticipated. Created by Christopher Keyser for Netflix, the series features in its main cast Kathryn Newton, Alex Fitzalan, Jack Mulhern, Gideon Adlon, Alex MacNicoll, Sean Berdy, Natasha Liu Bordizzo and Jacques Colimon.
«No parents. No rules. No way out. Who will you become when everything changes?»
