Solace

From the back room of her small house in Georgia, Annie Wilson uses her telepathic gifts to predict her neighbors' fortunes. A widow with three children to support, Annie bears the heavy burden of carrying the whole town's problems on her shoulders while struggling with her own. A few days later, Jessica, the girlfriend of Wayne, the principal of Annie's children's school, disappears. Having exhausted every possibility and sensing that her "gift" might help, Wayne and Jessica's father, joined by local authorities, ask Annie to help solve the case. At first, Annie can't provide any clues. As time passes, she is tormented by horrible nightmares and visions.
