Synopsis of Charlotte
In an alternate reality, the short-period comet Charlotte passes near Earth every 75 years and scatters a dust that gives some children superhuman abilities when they reach puberty. In Japan, Yuu Otosaka is a high school student who has discovered he can possess another person for five seconds. Yuu uses this power in secret, hoping to enjoy a calm and satisfying school life. Everything changes when Nao Tomori, president of the student council at a school founded as a refuge for gifted kids, takes notice of him. Created by Jun Maeda, the series airs on TOKYO MX and opens with the first clash between two characters who don't fit into the same world.
