American Housewife

Katie Otto is an everyday woman and mother of three who moves with her family to Westport, Connecticut, a town full of wealthy, snobbish housewives obsessed with appearances. The Ottos rent a home that is much more modest than those of their neighbors. Greg, her husband, is a college history professor and keeps his cool at home. Taylor, the oldest daughter, is athletic and wants to fit in with her classmates. Oliver, the middle child, has intelligence far above average and hangs out with the most privileged kids in the neighborhood. Anna-Kat, the youngest, is sweet but obsessive-compulsive. Katie wants to keep her own identity and get her family through without bowing to that world, while also keeping her children from looking down on anyone who doesn't fit in. Created by Sarah Dunn and aired on ABC, the series stars Katy Mixon.
