Synopsis of The Old Man
Dan Chase is a former CIA agent who has spent thirty years living off the grid. When he kills an intruder who breaks into his home, he is forced to go into hiding. On the run, he rents a room from Zoe McDonald, and the two end up tied together out of necessity as he tries to stay free. Meanwhile, FBI Assistant Director of Counterintelligence Harold Harper is assigned to track him down because of his complicated past. Harper works alongside his protégé, Agent Angela Adams, and Agent Raymond Waters, as well as Julian Carson, a special operations contractor sent to hunt Chase down. The action and suspense series, created by Jonathan E. Steinberg and Robert Levine, airs on FX and stars Jeff Bridges.
