Charmed

Phoebe Halliwell returns from New York and moves into the family mansion in San Francisco, where she lives with her sisters Prue and Piper. Upon finding the Book of Shadows in the attic, she discovers that the three of them are witches, likely the most powerful ever known, and that their destiny is to protect innocents from a world of demons, warlocks and other evil creatures. Phoebe, at first convinced it's just a novel, will have to accept it while trying to maintain a normal life in the modern city. Each sister discovers a magical power of her own, and the three must learn to use them together to stand up to those who threaten their loved ones. Created by Constance M. Burge and aired on The WB, the series stars Alyssa Milano, Shannen Doherty and Holly Marie Combs.
