Synopsis of Dark Angel
Dark Angel is a science fiction series created by James Cameron and Charles H. Eglee and aired on the FOX network, starring Jessica Alba. The story is set in 2019, in a near-future Seattle devastated by an electromagnetic pulse attack that has left the country in ruins. Max Guevara, a 19-year-old girl with enhanced genetic abilities, escaped as a child from Manticore, a secret military facility where she was raised to become a super soldier. Now she tries to live a normal life and stay under the radar while the military hunts her down to recapture her. Her main goal is to find her brothers and sisters, scattered after the escape. To do so, she teams up with Logan Cale, a cyberjournalist who hides behind the alias Eyes Only and wants Max to help him fight corruption and crime in the city.
