Synopsis of How I Met Your Father

Sophie Tompkins is a romantic-hearted photographer searching for her soulmate in Manhattan, New York. She lives with her impulsive best friend Valentina, an assistant to a stylist, and is part of a group of friends going through a confusing stage. None of them is sure who they are, what they want to do with their lives, or how to fall in love in an era saturated with dating apps. Jesse, an aspiring musician who works as an Uber driver and music teacher, shares an apartment with Sid, a bar owner. Charlie, a British aristocrat, leaves his inheritance behind to follow Valentina to New York. The series, created by Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger, streams on Hulu and stars Hilary Duff as Sophie.
