iCarly

Carly Shay is 13 years old and lives in Seattle with her older brother, Spencer, who is her legal guardian. In the family apartment, she has set up a small studio in the attic. She attends Ridgeway High School with her best friend, Sam Puckett, and their neighbor Freddie Benson, who handles the technical side. When their teacher assigns them to record auditions for a talent show, the girls improvise comedic, original acts that don't match what the teacher expects. Freddie records the performance and uploads it to the internet without telling them, and the audience asks for more. Carly, Sam and Freddie then decide to create their own web show, iCarly, while trying to keep their teenage lives normal. Miranda Cosgrove, Jennette McCurdy, Nathan Kress and Jerry Trainor star in this sitcom created by Dan Schneider for Nickelodeon.
