Cursed

In a version of medieval Britain, Nimue is a young woman with a mysterious gift whom her village considers cursed. When religious fanatics known as the Red Paladins raze her home, her mother dies before her eyes after handing her an ancient sword that she must carry to Merlin. Nimue flees alone with the weapon and soon crosses paths with Arthur, a mercenary trying to shake off the disgrace and debts left behind by his father's death. Together they set out across a war-torn land, determined to stand up to the Red Paladins and King Uther, who backs them. Nimue seeks to save her people from a holy war that threatens to wipe them out. The series streams on Netflix, created by Frank Miller and Tom Wheeler, with Katherine Langford as the lead.
