Jessie

Jessie Prescott, a 18-year-old raised on the Fort Hood military base in Texas, dreams of becoming an actress. She rebels against a strict military father who does not support her goals and decides to move to New York. Upon arrival, she takes a job as a nanny in a luxury Upper West Side Manhattan penthouse, where the Ross family lives. The parents, Morgan and Christina, spend long stretches away for work, so Jessie is left in charge of their four children: Emma, Luke, Ravi and Zuri. Mr. Kipling, an Asian water monitor, also lives in the house and makes living together difficult. Created by Pamela Eells O'Connell, the series airs on Disney Channel and stars Debby Ryan.
