Kai Holman has just returned to the island to care for his father and joins a unit where every case tests loyalty to the country. Jesse Boone, a former homicide detective in Washington, knows the island's trails well and is Tennant's right-hand man. Lucy Tara, the youngest agent, and Ernie Malik, a cyber intelligence specialist, complete a team that works in the field.
