Synopsis of Shadowhunters
Clary Fray, an eighteen-year-old in New York City, decides to celebrate with her best friend, Simon Lewis, at a nightclub. There she witnesses a group of young people murder someone. Clary discovers that they are Shadowhunters, half-angel, half-human beings who protect the world by hunting demons, and that she and her mother also belong to this bloodline. When she returns home, she finds her mother has been kidnapped. To find her, Clary turns to Jace Wayland, another Shadowhunter who seems to know more about her past than she does. Created by Ed Decter, the series airs on Freeform and stars Katherine McNamara, Dominic Sherwood and Alberto Rosende.
