The Blacklist

Raymond Reddington, an eccentric millionaire and one of the most wanted criminals in the country, surrenders at FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C. He claims he shares the agency's goals: taking down the most dangerous criminals and terrorists, whom he says he has been tracking for two decades. His only condition is to work with Elizabeth Keen, a rookie agent specializing in criminal profiling. Elizabeth distrusts him and doesn't understand why he's so interested in her, but Reddington only says she is very special. Together they join the task force led by Harold Cooper, and each case targets a new name from Reddington's blacklist. Created by Jon Bokenkamp, the series airs on NBC and stars James Spader and Megan Boone. The conflict stems from the tension between an agent who trusts no one and an informant who knows too much.
