Synopsis of Under the Dome
Chester's Mill is a small town in the state of Maine. Dale "Barbie" Bárbara, a Iraq War veteran who is visiting, interrupts a secret job on the outskirts when an invisible, impenetrable barrier falls just a few yards from him. From his position, he watches planes and cars crash into the wall and get completely destroyed. The entire population is cut off from the rest of the world, and as panic starts to spread among the neighbors, a small group tries to keep the peace and order. Created by Brian K. Vaughan and aired on CBS, the series focuses on how the residents cope with being trapped and on the search for answers about what the dome is and how to get out of it.
