Bones

In Washington, D.C., forensic anthropologist Temperance Brennan works at the Jeffersonian Institute, a fictional medicolegal laboratory that collaborates with the FBI. Brennan is the lead and heads a team of scientists who examine human remains to identify victims and uncover clues. When Special Agent Seeley Booth needs her help, the doctor meets an investigator who trusts his instincts and the FBI's interrogation techniques. She brings the science, he brings police methodology, and the two often disagree about science and faith. Each episode presents a possible murder case, while the series also explores the characters' backstories and the romantic tension between Brennan and Booth. Hart Hanson is its creator, and Fox airs it with David Boreanaz and Emily Deschanel as the leads.
