Synopsis of Evil
Kristen Bouchard is a skeptical forensic psychologist who worked as an expert witness for the prosecutor's office. The Catholic Church assigns her, along with David Acosta, a seminarian training to become a priest, and Ben Shakir, an equally skeptical technology expert, to investigate alleged miracles, demonic possessions, and other extraordinary events. The trio tries to determine whether each case has a scientific explanation or, on the contrary, something supernatural behind it. Created by Robert and Michelle King, the series airs on CBS and later on Paramount+. Katja Herbers, Mike Colter, and Aasif Mandvi lead the cast of this supernatural drama.
«Some mysteries can’t be explained.»
